Inspection and treatment
Four steps, in the order they happen
Every room is inspected before it is treated, and every treated room is inspected again. Between the two, the method depends on what the first inspection finds.
Inspect the bed and the furniture and walls within reach of it
Identify what we have found, and in which rooms
Treat by the method the report names, with your sign-off
Re-inspect at the interval on the report

The visit
What happens in the room
- 01
Step 1: Inspect
By flashlight, from the bed outward: headboard, seams, nightstands, drapery and baseboards. Then the rooms on each side.
- 02
Step 2: Identify
We confirm what we found before we recommend anything, and we say so if we found nothing.
- 03
Step 3: Treat
Heat or targeted treatment, whichever suits the room. We follow the product label and tell you which areas stay closed, and for how long.
- 04
Step 4: Re-inspect
We return at the interval on the report. If we find activity, we treat again at no charge, on the terms written in the report.
Results vary by infestation. A single visit rarely ends a problem, and a new guest can bring bed bugs back in.
