For rental hosts
Between guests, not instead of them
A host has one unit or forty, a tight turnover and a platform that wants answers. We plan around your calendar, and we tell you which units to inspect and which to leave alone.
Tell us the booking calendar, and we plan around check-ins
We inspect the reported unit and the shared walls, floors and hallways
You get a report you can share with the platform or an owner
The unit stays blocked on your calendar until the report releases it

Tonight
If a guest reports bites tonight
Four steps for the first hour, before we are on the phone.
- 01
Block the unit
Mark it unavailable on every calendar, including the platforms that sync late.
- 02
Leave it as it is
Don't wash, vacuum or throw anything out. Carrying linens spreads the problem.
- 03
Write down what happened
The date, the unit and what the guest saw. Keep the guest's name out of texts.
- 04
Text us the unit number
A photo helps if the guest sent one. A person answers between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
What hosts ask
Three things before you book the visit
Do I cancel the next booking?
That is your call and the platform's rules. We tell you what the inspection found and when the unit may host again.
Do I need to tell the guest?
Your platform's rules and Nevada law decide what you must say. We write the report; we don't write your notice.
What if I have several units?
We inspect the reported unit and the ones that share a wall, floor or hallway, and say whether the rest need a look.
Questions
Questions from hosts
How long is a room out of order?
It depends on the method, the number of rooms and what the inspection finds. The plan states the time before any work starts, and the report says when the room may return.
Do guests have to move their belongings?
A guest in the room is the manager's call, not ours. We can inspect a vacant room first. If a guest has moved, we ask that nothing leave the room until we've looked.
Will one visit be enough?
Usually not on its own. Bed bugs vary by room and by method, so every plan includes a follow-up inspection, and the report says what happens if we find activity again.
What do you need from us on the first call?
The room number, the floor, when it was reported and the next check-in. No guest names. If you can text a photo of what was found, send it to the same number.
Need a unit looked at?
Text the unit number and the next check-in. A person calls back within an hour between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
