What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, phone number, the property you manage and what you tell us about the room. When you text or call, we see your number and anything you send, including photos. Our host may also record standard technical details, such as your browser and the pages you open.

What we ask you not to send

Please leave guests' names, payment details and room keys out of forms and texts. We work from the room number.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, schedule and carry out a visit, and keep the record of rooms we inspected for the manager you name. We don't sell it, and we don't share a property's information with anyone outside the booking.

Text messages

Messages travel through your phone carrier, and its message and data rates may apply. We text about your visit and don't send marketing messages unless you ask. Reply STOP to end texts from us.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you by calling (702) 555-0103 or writing to hello@quietroombedbug.com. Reports we sent to a property stay in that property's record unless the manager asks us to remove them.
